2022 Jeep Cherokee – An Evolution
Many Louisville drivers love the Jeep Cherokee because of its versatility. It has a spacious interior that provides more than enough room for passengers and cargo. Inside the cabin, you’ll also find advanced features and high-level technology to keep you secure and safe on the road. Meanwhile, the Cherokee maintains that legendary Jeep reputation for going further off the beaten path around Lexington while providing iconic Jeep styling.
With such an impressive reputation, many wonder if the 2022 Jeep Cherokee can get any better. However, we’re here to say that the new Jeep Cherokee is anticipated to take things to the next level and become an evolution of the current iteration. Today, the team at Cross Chrysler Jeep FIAT will go over everything we expect to change and update on the 2022 Jeep Cherokee!
2022 Jeep Cherokee: Expected Changes
We know many La Grange shoppers are on the edge of their seats, waiting for information on the new Jeep Cherokee. It’s expected to officially go on sale in the fall of 2021, based on previous release schedules. If you can’t wait that long, feel free to look through our new Jeep inventory now to find something that fits your needs. With that being said, let’s go over some of the changes we anticipate the 2022 Jeep Cherokee to have:
- Exterior Design: With the current Jeep Cherokee featuring plenty of iconic Jeep design elements, we anticipate the new Jeep Cherokee to have a similar exterior design but with some refreshes.
- Interior Features: You’ll find heated seats, a large Uconnect® touchscreen system, and more inside of the current Jeep Cherokee. Many of those same features will likely move over but expect more advanced technology.
- Pricing: Pricing is slated to start at around $27,000 MSRP and can likely go up to around $38,000 MSRP, which is similar to the pricing found on the Jeep Cherokee right now.
- Powertrain: There are three main engines offered on the current Jeep Cherokee, a 2.4L 4-cylinder engine, a 3.2L V6 engine, and a turbocharged 2.0L 4-cylinder engine. It’s possible these engines will carry over to the 2022 Jeep Cherokee with slightly increased specifications.
