Offering still more evidence of FCA US LLC’s commitment to families and their safety, the pioneer of the minivan segment can claim yet one more accolade for the innovative 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. Thanks to is implementation of Advanced High-Strength Steel and a front crash prevention system that earned a rating of superior, the 2017 Pacifica was recently named a Top Safety Pick+ by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety.

This recent recognition comes fresh on the heels of Pacifica earning a spot on WardsAuto’s list of 10 Best User Experiences for 2016. Through the first five minivan generations, FCA US LLC added 78 innovations to the segment. The arrival of the 2017 Pacifica added another 37 segment firsts, bring the total to an impressive 115.
